We went down to breakfast at 7:20, and the cinnamon rolls were awesome!!! When we went outside to the bus, it was soo foggy we could barely see the Burger King across the street. After driving for a while we got to Palo Duro Canyon and found out we had to take a different trail because it was so foggy we could see more on a lower trail. Our guide was named Bernice who made the slide show that we glued to our journals.
We learned about all different kinds of stuff…like scat (aka poo). On the trail we saw the many different layers of rock. We went to lunch at a small burger place near the bottom of the canyon, and apparently they had”world famous burgers”.
Then we went on the LONGEST hike EVER (6 miles) where we invented hill jumping :D. Most of us climbed up to the light house, it was really fun.
Then we had dinner at the Big Texan Steak Ranch where they have 72 ounce steak. We saw two different competitions, one was for ribs, the TOOTIE FRUTIES
J vs. the NSK (not so kosher)
L, and the other one was the 72 ounce steak challenge.
They had the BIGGEST rocking chair ever, and a giant bear, a LOT bigger than Rebecca W. When we got back to the hotel, we went swimming in water in the pool in the hotel in Amarillo, in Texas.

Love our room, Abby, Chloe, Rebecca, and Paige.
Any guys with funny looking hats you are awesome and Kaeli I love your green boots they remind me of the frog banana
